I will be updating my weight, measurement, etc, on this blog as well. To keep track and to see how I have progress as well. Will also start to note and take picture of what goes into my mouth, except plain drinking water. This is for me to slowly reduce and take charge of what goes into my mouth.
Here are the measurements of my body today (2nd Sept 2011, Singapore time 12.05am):
Neck: 41.5cm
Left Arm: 34.5cm
Right Arm: 34.5cm
Chest: 105cm
Waist (with love handles): 102cm
Left Thigh: 57.5cm
Right Thigh: 59.5cm
Height: 169cm
Weight: 82.6kg
Body Fat: 21.9kg (26.5%)
BMI: 29.4 (in the overweight range)
Looks like I have a long way to go, especially my BMI side, follow by my body fat and my waistline.

My First Fitness Post
Hi there, I am Cyrus Yung. A Internet marketer who has done quite well in local online business marketing. But I have some problem in my fitness and health, so I decided to set up a blog recording my journey to a better health and fitness.
My Fitness Goal For 2011
1) Lose 5Kg of fats (by 31st Oct 2011)
2) 2.4Km timing below 11mins (by 31st Oct 2011)
3) 10 chin-ups (by 31st Oct 2011)
4) Standing Board Jump reach 230cm (by 31st Oct 2011)
If you are a Singaporean guy, you can see that I am actually training for IPPT Sliver. Will continue more tomorrow.
